We are not meant to walk this road alone. As Christian men, we are called to journey together in faith—to learn, to grow, and to be transformed. That is the heart of The Society of St. Timothy.

Nearly every week, our clergy hear from a downtrodden parent: “Father, my child no longer practices the faith.” Why have so many children in younger generations drifted far from the faith? While there is no single answer, many factors have contributed to this loss of faith. One important factor is the witness of a father who actively lives his Catholic faith and passes it on to his family.

Now entering its second year, The Society of St. Timothy continues to provide an opportunity, complementing our existing men’s ministries, for men of all ages to grow in faith and fellowship. Our group will meet weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00–7:15 a.m. in the Parish Hall, beginning September 15 through April 20. Throughout the year, we will go through various programs and resources that help us better understand our Catholic faith, strengthen our relationship with Christ, and equip us to live that faith more fully.

We need friends. We need to gather together, forge brotherhood, pray for one another, and encourage each other to live our faith with courage. We are called to evangelize not only through our words, but through lives that radiate Christ’s love.

If we make that commitment, our lives can change. Our faith can deepen. And our love for God, our families, and one another can grow.
