Please encourage boys and girls ages 5-14 (age as of November 1st) to create a 11×17 poster with the theme “Keep Christ in Christmas.”  We’d love to have our youth spend some time and effort to recognize the true meaning of Christmas, and we’re praying this contest assists in that focus!  The Knights of Columbus will judge the posters and award a $25 gift card to the winner of three age groups (5-7, 8-10 and 11-14), and $20 gift card for second place in January 2022.  We will also arrange for the completed posters be displayed in the church narthex for the Christmas season through Epiphany.

Please see details and download the application form for the contest at council13525.com/kcicpc.  You can also pick up a hard copy application (and blank 11×17” poster paper) from the “Keep Christ in Christmas” table set up after each mass for the weekend.  Contest rules are on the reverse side of the application form, and posters are due by 12/19/2021.

To accompany the Keep Christ in Christmas Poster contest for children, the Knights of Columbus want to continue spreading the message to “Keep Christ in Christmas” with the adults.  New this year – we’ve created yard signs for your homes!  You can also consider buying some magnets to display in a very prominent place, including your vehicle, refrigerator, business, or give them away as gifts.  For details, visit council13525.com/kcic

Please help spread the message to “Keep Christ in Christmas” by displaying a yard sign in your yard ($10) or a car magnet ($5) on your car.  Get yours at the “Keep Christ in Christmas” table set up after each mass for the weekend, or visit the church office.  See council13525.com/kcic for details on how to get yours.
